Assisted numerous Environmental and Wetland scientists in completing the required fieldwork for the project.

• Performed wetland assessments and delineations with strict adherence to all the Federal and State Environmental Regulations.

• Assisted in conducting annual Wetland Mitigation Monitoring, researched environmental
  assessments permitting documents and post construction compliance inspections.

• Out in the field, conducted field investigations such as plant identification, soil sampling and
  habitat evaluations.

• Used GIS data and data recording using a GPS to input data points in project boundary for the
  pipeline.

• In the office, kept track of the teams out doing the fieldwork, and updated the excel spreadsheet. In addition, kept track of inventory. 

Lead GIS Intern | USACE (Jun 2018- Sept 2018)

Intern working at US Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District to do work on the Upper Mississippi River.

• Assisted Corps of Engineers’ Regulatory with wetland delineations, as well as with compliance
  visits.

• Performed GIS Tasks, which include performing data acquisition, data management, natural
  resource GIS mapping, and field GPS collection.

• Assisted USACE employees in meeting numerous NRM goals and objectives of property
  boundaries, by going out to the field using Government vehicle to check for encroachments,
  monumentation and the boundary line.

• Data analysis for projects were often related to habitat restoration, easements and forestry.

• Assisted with Shoreline Management Permitting data.

• Created project reports, and natural resource maps of surveyed areas.

  
  Participated in cooperative survey sampling and outreach programs, including:
  Fishing Derby, a USACE/USFWS event at Black Hawk Park included outdoor-educational opportunities, and got granted the opportunity to teach about 30 kids orienteering, as well as some GIS (Aug, 2018)
  
  Wild Celery Monitoring, to help refuge staff to monitor the abundance of wild celery and diversity of other aquatic plants through sampling surveys. My crew and I sampled over a 100 submerged aquatic plants in the Mississippi River (Aug, 2018)
  
  Goose Banding, for Wisconsin DNR to check population and Canada Geese migration habits (June, 2018)

Recently promoted to POC to oversee four different projects, and to be sure that the Editors on project creates needed content for projects.

-Analyze, review, validate, correct, enhance and code data content as well as assemble new content, in order to meet the end goal for data to go live on consumer applications.
- Responsible to efficiently peer review data content given by editors.
- Consult team if any issues arise and help find solutions.
- Responsible for learning updated information, to be knowledgeable for several different types of projects, and to handle different types of data content with strict adherence to specified documents.
